Wainscot House Day Nursery was established in 1992. It is located in a large Victorian house, especially converted, with a garden and play area.

Wainscot House is located in a prominent position in the very centre of St. Albans and within walking distance of the city train station. There is a car park, which is easily accessible from the main road.
